  • 1 - CUP - ORGANIC MILK | 1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK- CALCIUM | PROTEIN  

  • 1/4 - CUP - OATMEAL- LOWERS CHOLESTEROL

  • 1/4 - CUP - GRANOLA

  • 1 - TABLE SPOON- ORGANIC HEMP PROTEIN - PROTEIN

  • 1/4 - TABLE SPOON- CINNAMON

  • 1/4 - TABLE SPOON- NUT MEG

  • 1/4 - TABLE SPOON- MACA POWDER

  • DIRECTIONS : PLACE INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER AND PUREE ON HIGH UNTIL SMOOTH.
