We are a luxury private one-on-one personal training gym located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. At no time would there be distraction from any other member, personal trainer, or faculty, we are strictly one-on-one. Our focus is to build each client a personalized roadmap that helps them to over come day to day physical and mental obstacles.
