"Your body's a temple, treat it as such" The LEN3A fitness method is aimed on building strong lean muscle through functional strength training, which is key to building flexibility, increasing power and preventing longterm injury. Aiming for peak performance we focus on cardiovascular health through a combination of endurance training and HIT training. We are a luxury private one-on-one personal training gym located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. At no time would there be distraction from any other member, personal trainer, or faculty, we are strictly one-on-one. Our focus is to build each client a personalized roadmap that helps them to over come day to day physical and mental obstacles. At LEN3A we design advanced training programs based on your current lifestyle and past medical history.

Private personal training studio located in Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn, New York. LEN3A is a luxurious minimal gym designed without the distraction of heavy stationary gym machinery and crowds. With a one-on-one private approach to personal training, our goal is to maintain the privacy of all of our client's while transforming their lifestyle's. Dedicated to each clients needs, we create specialized fitness programs for each client according to his or her goals, age, weight, cardiovascular fitness, joint function, exercise history, and health history.
