High above the Bay of Palma in the hills of Son Vida, stands a new mountain side sculpture, The Villa Chameleon. The extraordinary villa has been polished up after five years of construction, a project spearheaded by German real estate developers Engel & Völkers. Risen on one of the most beautiful plots of Mallorca, the villa sits sublimely enthroned on a hill with breathtaking views over the harbor of the metropolis and the Mediterranean sea.
The impressive 15,000 square foot estate comprises a three storied main house with 10 bedrooms, a wine cellar, library, heated stone flooring throughout, a panorama lift as well as a second building with a spa area which includes fitness rooms and 3 heated swimming pools – one of them indoor, and a separate guest house on two floors accompanied with its own driveway.
